Have you tried everything to treat your eczema?

We have tried just about everything to help our 3 little boys with their SEVERE eczema. We have used over the counter steroid creams, name brand & store brand lotions, and prescription medications. Nothing was working. Their break-outs were barely being managed. Their dermatologist told us that he would not prescribe a higher dose of steroids to someone that small.
